Shipping policy

We work with fulfillment partners to get your order to you. Because products can ship from different locations, shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary by item. We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping options and any charges for your order are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing:  Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–7 business days after payment. Some made-to-order or supplier-specific products may need additional processing time. If we learn of a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.

Delivery estimates:  For U.S. orders, delivery generally takes 3–12 days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, weather, or seasonal volume.

Shipping rates and separate shipments:  Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping offers vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout. Products fulfilled by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days. Tracking information will be emailed when it’s provided by the fulfillment partner.

Address changes and delivery help:  Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment or is handed to a carrier, changes might not be possible. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
